A healthy body and mind
A healthy food make not olny body healthy but mind becomes healthy too. So we must be careful about our food. A good dite is responsible for your healthy body and mind. Now the question is that what kind of food should we choose for our body and mind. We divide our food in two categories. First is vegetarian and second is non vegetarian. As our body has been designed to have only vegetarian food only. But we take non vegetarian food as well. Which is not suitable for our digestion system. That is why we experience a lots of health issues more, if we consume. Now if we talk about vegetarian food. There are so many benefits if we are vegetarian. Many studies say that vegetarian are more healthy than non vegetarian. They live a long happy life. It has been seen that they remain more happy. Most of the Japanese are vegetarian and live a healthy and happy life. Whatever nutrientions and VITAMINS minerals required for a body can be found in vegetarian food.
And with that a person to adopt few things in their daily life style
1.yoga : if a person does every day yoga for 30 minutes. He or she feel much energised and relaxed.with that if the person have a healthy diet. That enough to face challenges of that day.
2. Meditation: Research say that those who does meditation every for 10 to 20 minutes remain calm, relaxed, have no anxiety.
3. Exercise: a physical activity like walking, jumping,running. These activities enough to give body strength. Research say only running ont only give strength and build muscle in the body and improve eye sight.

3.fruits: apple,mango,BlackBerry,banana,orange,
And many more fruits and vegetables and crops which contains essential vitamins, minerals, nutrients, all the elements that need to be a healthy body and mind.
Nature provide all the things that keep us healthy and mentally fit if we understand it.
When we move to hill station it's make our mood very relax and happy
And we feel very healthy mentally.
